HostelBeds is hostel management software (a PMS) built around beds instead of rooms. It runs the front desk, prices and fills dorm beds, syncs availability with booking channels and takes direct bookings, all from one bed map.

HostelBeds connects to 68+ booking channels through the channel manager Channex, including Booking.com and Hostelworld. Availability and rates go out automatically and reservations come back onto the same bed map, so a bed is never sold twice.

€25 a month including 30 beds, then €1 per extra bed up to 100 beds and €0.50 per bed after that, with every feature included. HostelBeds is open to 5 pilot hostels for now, who use it free during the pilot.

HostelBeds moves each affected guest to a bed that is free for their whole stay and allowed by your rules, automatically, without changing what they pay. If it cannot place someone, your desk sees why each other bed is ruled out and picks one by hand. Guests who have already checked in are never moved.

Yes. Every hostel gets its own booking page at its own link. Guests pick dates and beds and pay through Stripe, the money goes to your own Stripe account, and the booking lands on your bed map with its payment.

Occupancy, average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available bed (RevPAB), a trend line and weekday heatmap, what each booking channel costs in commission, unpaid balances by age, next week's arrivals and departures, and task completion. Everything is counted per bed, for any period, compared with the one before.

Yes. There is a live demo hostel you can open now, with no account and no call. Pilot hostels also use HostelBeds free during the pilot.

Guest messaging, online check-in, upsells and multiple properties are on the roadmap and are not available yet. HostelBeds is a web app, with no native mobile app.
